Sync Settings & Dictionary In The Mobile App

If you make changes on the website, whether that's adding a new template or a new customised Inspection Area, these may not instantly appear on your HelloReport mobile app. If this is the case, all you need to do is sync your device.

In the HelloReport app, click the settings cog wheel in the top right corner of the main page.

Tap on Sync Settings & Dictionary.

The app will confirm if the sync was successful. Your HelloReport app should now show the changes you made on the website.
