Checklists are a tool for you and your team to remember to check things in properties you are managing.
They are a list of questions to remember to check when doing an Inventory, Inspection or a Check Out report.

You can follow whether the property's safety certificates are valid and make sure that the property is fit for habitation. Just add all of the photos of the safety certificates, and proofs of habitation compliance into the report.

You can personalise the checklists as creatively as you wish, to make it suitable for you and your team's needs.

Top Tip: To make sure you don't forget anything while you are collecting the data in the property, create a To-Do-list for yourself, so you can tick off tasks as you finish your report.
