HelloReport now integrates with Street
If your agency runs its lettings on Street, your reports and your CRM no longer need to live separate lives. Our Street integration is live today. It brings your Street lettings properties into HelloReport and sends every finished report straight back to the right property in Street, with no downloading, renaming or re-uploading.
It's available now, and setup takes about ten minutes.
What it does
Import your properties from Street
Connect your Street account and HelloReport pulls in all your current lettings properties. Before anything is created, you get a preview: properties that match ones you already have in HelloReport are linked, new ones are queued to be added, and anything that looks close but not quite right, like a flat in a building you hold as a single property, is set aside for you to decide. Nothing changes until you click Apply.
Finished reports land in Street automatically
Once a report is signed off, HelloReport attaches the final PDF to the matching property in Street as a document. Your team and your landlords' records stay in one place, and nobody has to remember to upload it.
Each report is sent once automatically. If you make changes and need Street to have the latest copy, Resend to Street is one click from the report, and resent copies are clearly marked as updated. A small tag on every report shows whether it's been sent.
Stay in sync overnight
Turn on the nightly sync and HelloReport checks Street every night for new lettings properties, adding the clear matches for you. Anything that needs a human decision waits on the Street settings page until you've had a look. If a property is archived in Street, HelloReport labels it so your team knows, without deleting anything.
Built to be careful with your data
We know your CRM is the heart of your agency, so the integration is deliberately cautious:
- It never edits or deletes anything in Street. The only thing it adds is your report PDFs.
- It never touches your existing HelloReport properties. Matches are linked, not overwritten.
- You review before anything is imported. Uncertain matches always wait for a person to decide.
- It stays within your plan. If an import would take you over your property allowance, nothing new is created until you choose what to bring in or upgrade, so there are no surprises on your bill.
- Your API key stays private. It's stored encrypted and only the last four characters are ever shown.
Getting started
You'll need a Street user who can manage applications, and an account owner or admin in HelloReport.
- In Street, go to Settings → Applications and create an application with the Open API scope. Copy its access token.
- In HelloReport, go to Account → Company → Integrations → Street, paste the key and click Save changes.
- Click Preview import, check the matches and click Apply.
That's it. From then on, every finished report goes to Street on its own.
Our step-by-step guide walks through each screen. If you'd like a hand, our customer success team is on live chat and happy to set it up with you.
