The team is so supportive
The team is so supportive! We've been using Hello Report for a while and recently shifted a portfolio of properties from one company into another, and the transition felt really confusing in so many regards EXCEPT with Hello Report. Liam made the process all so simple and it really was an easy tick off my to-do list and a weight off my shoulders. Really great product too - user friendly and I love that tenants can also add any issues to the report before signing off, if they feel it's needed.

HelloReport
We have been using HelloReport for 2 years now and found it to be an excellent tool when composing inventories, inspection reports and check out reports. It is easy to use and can be modified to suit individual requirements. The support team have always been available on the few times we have needed to contact them, with any issues resolved quickly. They have been especially helpful in obtaining reports from the previous system when required with an almost immediate response. I would highly recommend the team and the use of HelloReport.

Excellent System and Service
We have been using HelloReport for just over a year and have found the system easy to use and great for inspections, inventories and checkouts. Efficient service to a user error!
I stupidly deleted a whole bunch of photos on a check-out report (despite the message that says 'are you sure') and messaged HelloReport and got Usman. He got the background team on it right away and provided updates and had this rectified within a couple of hours. It honestly made my week as I was not able to go back to the property to retake the photos. Brilliant service considering it was my own lack of concentration that caused the blunder.

Usman is always so helpful
Usman is always so helpful. I am not the best when it comes to technical things but Usman is always so patient on chat and gives clear and concise instructions that make it easy to follow. It always seems to be Usman I get on chat so he has helped me many times. If anyone in the office has an issue with hello report we say 'ask Usman' It's great to have him on hand.
